At Passage Home, we carefully hand-pack every order to ensure your candles arrive safely and beautifully.

• Processing Time: Orders are processed within 2–4 business days. During launches, holidays, or sales, processing times may be slightly longer.
• Shipping Rates: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
• Delivery Times: Standard delivery typically takes 7-10 business days after shipment, depending on the carrier and destination.
• Order Tracking: Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
• Damaged or Lost Packages: If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at passagehome.india@gmail.com so we can help resolve the issue.
• Incorrect Addresses: Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before placing your order. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect addresses.
• International Shipping: International shipping is not available at this time.
